COMMENTS: Unbranded fountain pen in orange celluloid and black ends. Gold Trims. Full sized pen, measuring 5 1/24" long (capped) and 6 3/8" long (posted). Very similar (design, cap clip, rivetted clip, shape of the lever piece, etc.) to a Waterman 52 or Aikin Lambert from the 1920s. Likewise, very similar to Diamond Point pens from the 1920s, in particular the black ends, pen profile, lever style, and bright celluloid colors pattern. Fitted with an European 14ct gold 3-Tine vintage music nib with the goat imprint. Nib imprint logo is fairly similar to Bock and/or Montblanc nibs from this era. The nib is also a Superflex nib. When not flex, this nib produces a BB/BBB in the vertical strokes and a Fine line on the side strokes. When flexed, this nib produces BBBB lines in the downstrokes (which are MONSTER LINES!!!) and a fine line in the side strokes. Ultra smooth nib when not flexed. The tines in the nib are full of iridium and are perfectly aligned. Nib has been professionally set up for ideal ink flow, which is a very advanced skill with a nib like this that can drink ink as a V16 car engine when fully pushed to its max ... or require regular ink flow when doing the side strokes. Gorgeous orange celluloid and in great shape. Same for the black ends. Gold trim is also in great shape. Its only flaw is some brassing in the rivets of the cap clip. Greart threads. Lever filler pen. New sac installed. More than likely, this is a US made pen from the 1920s or 1930s, and manufactured by one of the main pen manufacturers who were also making pens for drug stores or other smaller pen sellers.

Fitted with a 14k Warranted superflex nib that writes a fine to double broad lines. Smooth nib and capable of writing at any speed when not flexed. The black hard rubber is in great condition and it has very minimal discoloration. The sterling silver overlay has some nicks, small dings and gauges, which is typical of this softer metal. But it is still in magnificent shape for a pen that is at least 100 years old. Eyedropper filler. Serviced. No factory imprints on this pen to determine the name of the manufacturer, model or year it was made.

COMMENTS: Corona ring-top fountain pen in Red Mottled hard rubber and gold trim. Flat ends. End of the barrel has a black knob. End of the cap has a very unique translucid red plug, which is one of the focal points of this pen. Another uniqueness is its "Click Filler" mechanism. To fill it, the black knob at the end of the barrel has to be twisted while the nib is immersed in ink. When it clicks it will fill. Fitted with a 14k Warranted superflex nib that writes a medium to double broad line. Professionally adjusted nib, smooth and capable of writing at any speed when not flexed. The red mottled is in awesome condition. Vibrant and even colors throughout the pen. Perfect barrel imprints. Ultra clean gold trim. Click-filler mechanism. Fully serviced. Made by the Corona Pen Company from Janesville, Wisconsin, USA in the 1930s.

COMMENTS: TWSBI Vac 700 demonstrator pens. Four for sale. Bought these pens a few years ago with the intention to upgrade them with vintage 14k flex nibs. However, these Vac 700 pen use huge nibs for vintage standards, and sourcing vintage 14k flex nibs in that size is virtually impossible. As such, I am selling them in brand new condition, never used, never inked, with the presentation box, papers, and everything that came with those pens from the factory. The smoke and orange demonstrators are not discontinued and no longer manufactured or sold by TWSBI. I paid $75 each, including shipping. The clear demonstrator is still sold by TWSBI and its MSRP is $65. get your clear demonstrator for $50.
Note: There is a total of four (4) pens only, each one listed with a different Pen # for proper ordering purposes. Please also take notice I do not have any spare nibs available for these TWSBI pens. I will be happy to swap nibs in between any of the available pens. You can also order replacement nibs from TWSBI or other authorized retailers.
