COMMENTS: Joe Cali fountain pen made of black industrial rubber. Joe Cali is a retired architectural designer and sculptor who manufactures his own pens, showing strong painterly and sculptural elements, diverse in form, feel, color and material, combining modern and postmodern aesthetics. The design and size of the pen will catch your eye right away. Then your focus will turn into the gorgeous green confetti ends, each one with a different motif. Fitted with a Parker 18K gold nib that writes a slight flex fine to medium line. The diameter (girth) of this pen is 11/16” and it reduces to 5/16” in the area that your hand holds the pen during writing. Because of that design detail, the pen feels nicely balanced during writing. Button filler. This pen has seen very little use. Made in USA sometime this decade. This is one of a kind work of art!

This nib just came in from reground from a fine-broad to an extra fine-broad by nib meister Michael Masuyama. This gray color was a very popular color in fountain pens in England. COMMENTS: Sailor Professional Gear Mini in Solid Red with Silver Trim. The Mini model is a very rare and short version, measuring 4 1/8” capped and 5 3/8” posted. When posting, the cap can either sit on top of the barrel or screw on the barrel, a unique feature! Fitted with a Sailor silver nib that writes firm medium line. Please take note that a medium Japanese nib is almost the equivalent of a fine American or European nib. Sailor has been manufacturing high quality pens and nibs for many decades in Japan.
